When Ziggy sees Robbie in his carrot disguise, he stutters in fear, and Robbie mocks his stuttering. This is a reference to the 2000 movie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas when Cindy Lou Who first meets the Grinch.
In the Latino American version, this episode is named El Festival del Dulce (The Candy Festival) creating some confusion. The episode was replaced with Dulces Sanos, the Latino American name for the Sports Candy.
