When Robbie overhears their plans, he uses the opportunity to try and get rid of Sportacus." Trivia The event for this episode revolves around "Surprise Day", another of the special "Days" on the LazyTown Social Calendar. This is the only episode where another sportcandy (besides an apple) cures Sportacus' sugar meltdown. Stock Footage from Dancing Duel is used. This is the first episode Robbie calls Stephanie by her real name, even though he only does it once when he says, "Stephanie voice." Mayor Meanswell doesn't appear in this episode, however, Robbie talks in Milford's voice and he's also mentioned by Sportacus. Bessie and Milford are also pictured on the Voice Changer 6000. The only characters not to appear on the Voice Changer 6000 are Trixie and Pixel. This episode was filmed from 15th to 20th May 2012. Pixel's sky cam from Little Sportacus reappears in this episode. This is the second time that Robbie Rotten wears his wolf disguise and also the second time he disguises as Sportacus. The first times he wore them was in Once Upon a Time and Sportafake. The Wilhelm Scream is used when Robbie falls off the airship. Robbie said that Stephanie and The Mayor sound alike. However, they actually don't. Quotes Robbie: This is the end of Robbie Rotten.
