  • Sportacus (played by Magnús Scheving)
  • Robbie Rotten (played by Stefán Karl Stefánsson)
  • Ziggy (played by Guðmundur Þór Kárason)

Premise

"Sportacus shows the kids how to use an Energy Book to keep track of how much SportsCandy they eat, and how much exercise they get. Robbie hears about the book, and decides to wreck the kids' health plans by luring them into bad behaviour and giving them stickers for sweets instead. The kids realise their mistake and correct it by doing healthy things."

Trivia

  • Trixie, Pixel, Milford, and Bessie don't appear in this episode.
  • Sportacus uses a jet pack in this episode, just as in seasons 3-4.
  • In this episode Stephanie wears a slightly modified version of her usual outfit. The difference is that she has purple pants or leggings of some sort that go from her knees up. It doesnt have anything to do with the story and isn't explained.
  • When the kids are practicing to be like Sportacus the music to No One's Lazy in LazyTown is played.
  • Robbie is according to himself the first person to make a French fry sculpture of the Eiffel tower, but it is knocked down before it is completed.
  • This episode was flimed from 21st to 28th May 2006.
  • When Stingy is trying to get stickers to put into the book, he sings some of the lyrics to The Mine Song.
  • This episode was essentially an advertisement for the real LazyTown energy books that were available for sale in Iceland.
