Premise "Stephanie, Ziggy and Stingy are having their first campout, but Ziggy is afraid there are dinosaurs lurking in the darkness. When Robbie shows up in a dinosaur disguise, things really go crazy and Ziggy must overcome his fear to rescue his friends and help Sportacus save the day." Trivia Pixel, Trixie, and Bessie don’t appear in this episode. Sportacus' crystal beeped when the children were scared by Milford, even though they weren't in real danger. Dressed as a big purple dinosaur searching for Sportacus, Robbie says, "I just wanna give you a hug!" This is a veiled parody to Barney. The script was finalized on July 13, 2004. Frustrated by the stuck dinosaur head, Robbie uses the words "Bing Bang" in place of curse words. After Milford gets covered in feathers, he says he's going to "go pluck himself". This line can easily be misheard and sounds like he swore. The title is a reference to the term "cry wolf". Goofs Towards the end of the episode, when Stephanie hugs Sportacus after being saved, her pink hair briefly gets stuck in his crystal.
